How long does it take to get to London by train?
It takes 10 minutes to walk to one of Windsor’s two train stations: Windsor and Eton Riverside station or Central station.
Windsor and Eton Riverside station will take you direct into Waterloo in 50 minutes.
Windsor Central Station will take you on a ten-minute train journey to Slough where you change trains to take you directly into Paddington Station. The length of the journey depends on the number of stops the train you board will make. Check when you book your ticket
Where can I eat out?
Windsor is a five-minute walk away and has a vast range of eateries to choose from including pubs, cafes, restaurants, fast food outlets and supermarkets.
Cote Brasserie, Browns Restaurant and Meimos Mediterranean/Moroccan and The Duke of Connaught pub are firm favourites of ours.
