Please Note The Following Before Booking;

- All our en-suites are open plan.
- We have no family rooms.
- The cost of the first night will be taken as a deposit. Balance to be paid before departure.

Cancellation Policy.

- If over 72 hours cancellation notice is given we will fully refund your deposit
- If less than 72 hours cancellation notice is given your deposit will NOT be returned.
- If less than 24 hours cancellation notice is given the full amount will be taken.

Windsor Parking

Parking within Windsor town center is very limited. As we are located within a residential area close to the Windsor town center, we would suggest you pull up outside the B&B front door, off load your bags while you collect your keys. We will then be happy to direct you to the nearest car park which is a very short distance away. The car park is lit at night and patrolled. The car park charges are £1.50 overnight and £6.00 for 24 hours.
